College Credit Plus Intent Form Due before March 31

In place of an in-person meeting, please see your e-mail that contains all the information for College Credit Plus (CCP) for the school year 2021-2022. Please carefully review the enclosed information if your child is planning to participate in CCP. Please be aware of the necessary steps and deadlines in order to apply to colleges, complete the CCP application, and receive state funding.

• The first enclosed form is the Counseling Intent Form. Please read, sign and return to the guidance department by March 31st if your child intends to participate in CCP. 
• The second enclosed form is the College Credit plus Enrollment Handout. It contains an overview of the necessary steps and important deadlines for participating in CCP as well as active links to the websites and resources. Ohio|ID account must be fully completed by May 1 before 5pm EST.
• The third enclosed form is the list of CCP courses offered on our campus, taken from the high school course book.
